CATIA V5 allows you to change the size of a single view, or of the whole drawing sheet. To change the scale of a single view, simply right mouse click the view border, select Properties, and from the View tab adjust the scale.
To adjust the entire sheet, right mouse click the sheet name in the tree. Select Properties, and adjust the Scale on the Sheet tab

Your sheet or view size has now been modified.
